- Tour begins at 8:00 am (Estimated arrival back to the hotel is 5:00 pm)
- Guided tour of legendary horse farm, hosted by farm staff
- Tour & tasting at a famous Bourbon Distillery
- Admission to the Kentucky Horse Park, home to the International Museum of the Horse, past race champion horses, interactive exhibits, and multiple horse shows throughout the afternoon
- Private catered Luncheon served at the Horse Park

- Saturday Derby Day:
- Reserved 1st Floor Starting Gate Courtyard (Chair Seating) tickets for the 2027 Kentucky Derby
- Ticket upgrades are available, please see below
- Food, soft drinks, and alcoholic beverages included with your race ticket (provided by Churchill Downs)
- Roundtrip transportation to all Thursday & Friday activities
- Roundtrip transportation to Churchill Downs on Saturday
- Daily cooked to order breakfast at the hotel
- Complimentary appetizers and drinks provided by the hotel on Wednesday, Thursday, & Friday evening
- Roundtrip shared airport shuttle transportation from Lexington Blue Grass Airport provided by the hotel (8:00am-8:00pm)

Wednesday April 28, 2027:
- After you collected your luggage, please call the Embassy Suites for your shuttle ride from Lexington Airport to the hotel. Shuttle runs from 8:00 am-8:00 pm.
- 3:00 pm: Check in at the Embassy Suites Lexington Hotel. If your room is not ready, the hotel will hold your luggage while you visit the local area.
- 5:30-7:30 pm: Complimentary appetizers and drinks provided by the hotel
Thursday April 29, 2027:
- 7:00-10:30 am: Breakfast served in the hotel restaurant
- 8:00 am: Transportation to Old Friends & Keeneland
- Lunch is provided at a local restaurant following the tours.
- 3:00 pm: Estimated arrival back at the hotel
- 5:30-7:30 pm: Complimentary appetizers and drinks provided by the hotel
Friday April 30, 2027:
- 7:00-10:30 am: Breakfast served in the hotel restaurant
- 8:00 am: Transportation to Horse Farm & Bourbon Distillery Tour (This will be the only departure time)
- We will begin the morning with a tour at a famous horse farm tour and a tour/tasting at a bourbon distillery. We will end conclude the day, witth a visit Kentucky Horse Park and lunch.
- 5:00 pm: Estimated arrival back at the hotel
- 5:30-7:30 pm: Complimentary appetizers and drinks provided by the hotel
Saturday May 1, 2027:
- 7:00-10:30 am: Breakfast served in the hotel restaurant
- 9:00 am: Transportation to Churchill Downs (This will be the only departure time)
- 11:00 am: First post
- 6:57 pm: Start time to the 2027 Kentucky Derby race
- Return transportation: Transportation will depart one hour after the Kentucky Derby has finished. (This will be the only departure time).
Sunday May 2, 2027:
- 7:00-10:30 am: Breakfast served in the hotel restaurant.
- 12:00 pm: Check-out at the Embassy Suites Lexington.
- After check-out, receive your transfer back to Lexington Airport. Transportation back to the airport runs from 8:00 am-8:00 pm.
Airport Information:
- Lexington Bluegrass Airport (LEX): Located 6 miles/15 minutes from the hotel. Airport shuttle transportation is included with this package.
- Louisville International Airport (SDF): Located 80 miles/90 minutes from the hotel. Airport shuttle transportation is NOT included with this package.
